A large Australian bird, emu, frightened a kangaroo at the Belgrade zoo, thus dropping its baby from the pouch. The six month old baby, named Tijana was not accepted back by her mom and not being breastfed too. In order to save Tijana, the zoo authorities have received kangaroo’s milk and advices from Australia, United States and Germany. Tijana is being kept in an incubator and fed with a bottle from the milk received. The zookeepers also informed that bottle feeding will be continued for a few months, till Tijana grows up and is ready to eat on its own.
